OuroDocs is built to feel boringly straightforward. You know exactly how many documents are included, what happens if you send more, and what you're paying for each month.
Basic
For small teams and solo operators who want to stop typing in invoices and receipts by hand.
Includes processing for up to 200 documents per month.

If you go over 200 documents in a month, extra documents are billed at $0.20 per document.
No forced upgrade. If you consistently outgrow Basic, we'll suggest moving to Pro – but we won't lock critical features behind it.
Pro
Most popularFor growing teams who want to automate a big chunk of their document flow and stop worrying about hitting the ceiling.
Includes processing for up to 800 documents per month.

If you go over 800 documents in a month, extra documents are billed at $0.10 per document.
No penalty if your volume dips. You can move between Basic and Pro as your workload changes.
Larger volumes or custom needs?
If you process tens of thousands of documents per month, or need deeper integration into your existing systems, we'll work with you on a straightforward enterprise plan. The same rules apply: clear document ranges, clear pricing per block, no hidden "setup" or "support" fees.
Reach out via the contact page and include a rough estimate of your monthly document volume and your main document types (e.g. invoices, receipts, statements).
A few things we want very clear
No "surprise" add-on fees
We don't charge onboarding fees, "priority support" fees, or extra per-user charges. You pay for documents processed, nothing else.
You keep control of your data
OuroDocs turns your documents into structured data. You can export it, back it up, and move it as needed. We're not trying to trap you inside a closed system.
You can start small and grow
Many teams start on Basic, refine their workflow, and then move up when they're ready. We're fine with that. We prefer long-term relationships over quick wins.
