No hidden add-on fees

We do not charge onboarding fees, random per-user fees, or mystery support charges. You pay for your plan and document volume.

14-day refund grace after first charge

If the first bill goes through and OuroDocs still is not the right fit, you have a 14-day refund grace period after that first payment.
